Kambal Luxury Suites - Rome

I was shocked by the lack of hot water for over a day, unacceptable! The bed was small. For a so-called 'luxury' suite, i expected at least a complimentary upgrade or drink-guess that's too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but the noise and poor treatment ruined it completely.

The room was newly renovated and reasonably large with central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television.

Everything was amazing, clean hotel, incredible location to what tourist spot. Nice building and rooms with good facilities. A great selection of products for a delicious breakfast. Early check in and late check out

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room with Private Bathroom. The place was very clean, and the room had plenty of space for our luggage. Staff were super accommodating, letting us store our bags after checkout to explore more. The best part is the great location. Walking distance to all tourist sites 👍

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family loved the spacious Superior Beautiful Double room, but entering was a struggle with a stroller due to narrow doorways. The host helped with luggage, and the location near historic sites. Pro tip, check door dimensions if traveling with a stroller.

Breakfast delivered to the room was a highlight, with fresh pastries making every morning feel special. Plus, we strolled to nearby Yotvata for amazing cuisine and Gelateria Alberto Pica for the most divine gelato-definitely food adventures worth sharing! Elbert and the team, everything was clean and cozy.

I loved the location near popular neighborhoods and the Tiber River. The room was clean, modern, and came with a great view. Breakfast delivered to my room every morning was a standout perk, and I appreciated the tasty pastries. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful. I faced a challenge with breakfast for my child. Although I asked for an extra breakfast, I only received minimal items, forcing me to supplement with food from nearby cafes. An extra bed for my child would have enhanced our comfort . While the room was stylish, the size felt a bit cramped for lounging.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and excellent air conditioning made our stay enjoyable, especially with the on-time breakfast delivered right to our door, and the convenient location being a mere 2.5 km from Roma Termini train station made exploring the city effortless.

The entry to the hotel was fine with grand doors and a beautiful mosaic floor. The host was friendly, providing helpful recommendations and arranging a taxi for me. My room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the landmarks.
